Remember to eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food. Secondly, it's necessary for us to do exercise. It helps to keep us active and strong. Thirdly, never stay up late. If we can't get enough sleep, the whole body will work slowly. As the saying goes, "Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." Lastly, learning to reduce pressure is also important for our health. I find it relaxing to listen to some soft music when I feel bad.
