When I first learned to write in English, I ran into many difficulties. The main problem was in that I always thought in Chinese and tried to translate anything into English. My teacher advised me to keep my diary. I followed her advice and should put down 100 words or so each day. There is nothing complicated about eat a proper diet. For good health, eat all kind of foods. Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods could be selected every day from each of the “basic four”. They are the four groups food: milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit group, and bread-cereal group.
