Recently I've noticed that many of my schoolmates

often go to the cyber cafe near to our school. The other

and the school is silence. I like the atmosphere.

After opening the door, I usually have to wait for some

time after a second classmate enters the classroom.

So, I wait outside on the balcony (阳台) and look far into the

distance, wait for the miracle (奇迹) －the sunrise.

　　Russians take his pleasure seriously. They like to have an aim,

even when spend the time which is entirely their own. It is

difficult to imagine Russians going aimlessly for walk in the

country, though they might go to pick up mushrooms or berries,

to visit a place of historical importance, to walk twenty kilometers

as a training exercises, or go for a swim at the local beach.

People in Russia now have far much spare time,

and more money than ever before. It is therefore possible to spend on

the weekends in many new ways, and to get away home

for a couple of days. Many people now have over twenty days holiday

a year. This gives an opportunity for holidays in the country and the seaside.

　　A young boy was playing a ball in the street. He kicked it too

hard, and it broke the window of a house and fell outside. A lady

came to the window with the ball and shouted at the boy, and he

ran away, but he still wanted his bell back.

　　A few minutes after he returned and knocked at the door of

the house, and when the lady answered it, he said, “My father was

going to come and fix your window very soon. ”

　　After a few more minutes a man came to the door with tools

in his hand, so the lady let the boy to take his ball away. When the

man finished fixing the window, he said to the lady, “that will pay

you exact ten dollars. ”“But aren't you the father of that boy?”

the woman asked, looking surprising. “No, ”he also answered in

10．_______

surprise. “Aren't you his mother?”
