I was used to feel sleepy in class and couldn’t focus on the lessons the teachers give. As a result, not only did I do bad in my studies, but also my health went from bad to worse, about which I was often scolded by my parents. I was also annoying about my situation. About half a year ago, followed the head teacher’s advice, I began to participate in some sport activities and kept on playing basketball for 45 minutes and so every day till today. Now my health has been greatly improved, so at the same time, I’ve made good progress in all my lessons. Physical exercise has changed me into an entire new person!

Last year, my school organized table tennis competition for all fourth-year students. I had never played on a proper table tennis court ago, or against such good players. I never stopped running and jumping, and soon I was out of my breath and had very little energy leaving. 1 was sure if Wang Peng would easily beat me, but then, sudden, he stopped. These bags are made of a variety materials that can be easily treated when they become rubbish. Besides, it can be reused. More and more people in China have realized the advantages of such bags but started using them.
I believe that the widely use of these shopping bags can greatly improve our environment. This is one of the many more steps we are taking to make our country an even clean place.

Last November a English forum was held in Busan International High School of South Korea. Students from eight country took part in the forum representing their schools. I was one of the students in our school who was lucky enough to attend it. My swimming experience is extreme interesting. There was a time when I swim like a rock. This went on till one day when I was fishing with a friend of mine at nearby pond. I slipped into one. Had my friend not come to my rescue, I would have been drowned. Ever since then, I had come to know the importance of learning to swim. I didn’t attend at any training class but learned it all by myself. Strange to say, I have no difficult swimming at all now. Though the way I swim look awkward, at least it can keep me from floating. Thinking of this, I feel quite satisfying.
