I have a plenty of plans for the winter vacation. But my friend Wang Lin doesn’t have any. She just stays at home watching TV. “Don’t you look forward reading good books during the vacation?” I ask her this morning. Without taking her eyes on the TV screen, she replied, “No.” I felt very worry when I heard what he said. Though we should relax during the winter vacation, I don’t think it is the good idea to relax through watching TV. Watching TV all the time not only wastes our time but also harm our healthy. It is good to see that today more people have realized the importance exercising and are playing sports regular. But on rainy days or in winter we have to turn to indoor courts. There are not much in my city, and the charge is expensive. The government should build more public sports facilities, so easier accesses will encourage more people to participate in sports.

Today is Sunday. The sky is full of sunshine, so does my life. At about 9:00 a.m., I go to the bookstore with
my friends. There was a lot of new books. I didn’t know what one to buy because these books were all useful to me. At 10:00, we went to cinema. The film was called The Earthquake of Tangshan but some people were waiting outside the booking office. It took us about two hours to see it. Having been seen the film, everyone was deeply moving. Some of my friends even burst into tear. That’s a really wonderful film. It is very worth seeing.
What a happy day! I hope tomorrow I will be even happier.

It’s reported that many people died of traffic accidents each year. Road safety has aroused the widely attention of the public. Many rules have made to reduce the traffic crashes, especially for the ones involved in the pedestrians. In my opinion, we should make road safety seriously in our daily life. While used the road, we must walk on the pavement and learn to protect us. Besides, car drivers should obey the traffic rules, that is both good for themselves and others.

Christine was just a girl in one of my classes. I never knew much about her except for that she was strange. She didn’t talk many. My mother is a village woman, already in her fifty. She has little school education, and she knows that knowledge is very important to young people. She often asked me how I am getting along my studies. She does everything she can for me, so that I can spend more time study.
Once my mother was ill and stayed in the bed for several day. When I got home at night, I found the light was still off and she was making new clothes for me! I was deeply moved that tears came to my eyes. Such is her mother, a kind and hard-working woman. And I will respect and love her forever.

During my winter vacation , I spend my lucky money on a special gift for Grandma. One Friday afternoon, I went to a cellphone store and chose a large button phone special designed for seniors. I gave them to my grandma when I came to visit her at the weekend. Upon receive the phone , Grandma was very happy and eager learn how to use it. I had patiently explained all the important functions she needed. Grandma learned carefully but wanted to have a try straight away .Under my help, she successfully called her good friend .That afternoon Grandma proudly told the neighbor that she could make calls with the new phone I bought her .They all praised what thoughtful I was.

My dream is to become a school teacher in the future. In fact, I had the dream of becoming a teacher since my childhood. In my opinion, without teachers, no society could make progresses. There is no doubt whether teachers play an important role in children growth. Not only do teachers pass on knowledge for children, but they also teach children how to behave themselves. Comparing with other jobs, teaching is hard and the pay is lower. And to me, what great fun it is to be with children! They make me to feel young forever.
