2. Get enough sleep. Enough sleep is important to the health. Enough sleep will make you energetic and active again. More important than how long you sleep is when you sleep. 4. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Scientists have found out that what people eat affects their health. They advise people to keep a balanced diet and that is to say, you should eat more fruits and vegetables and less meat such as beef and pork. You should also eat less food that is high in fat, like French fries or cookies.

5. Do more exercise. It is surely necessary to take some exercise every day. Studies show that getting lots of exercise makes the heart healthier. That’s why more and more people are becoming active in all kinds of sports and exercise. Through sports and exercise, people become healthier and stronger. So in the morning, you can get up early, go outdoors, breathe the fresh air, and do exercises.
