(C) Steve Ballmer feels excited today, as he is in front of over 2,000 students from Tsinghua University and Beijing University now. Ballmer, president of Microsoft Corp, received a warm welcome at Tsinghua University when he gave a talk on the next generation of the Internet on September 19th.
