    Do you know more than half of your body is water? Water is even more important than food for your body. You can’t live more than a few days without it. Your body uses water to keep itself at a temperature（温度）of about 37℃.

    The bodies of adults（成年人）need around two litters（升）of water a day, and kids’ bodies need less.You can get water from the food you eat, like fruits and vegetables, but you still need to drink water.
