    Have you ever watched the TV program—"A Bit of China"? It has become a hot topic of discussion on the Internet in China. The program is first shown on China Central Television (CCTV). This TV program is a sevene-pisode(一集) documentary series. It is about traditional Chinese food.

    According to World Journal(日报) the program has attracted more than one hundred million Chinese audience.
