       On August 7th, 2010, a powerful mudslide hit Zhouqu County, Gansu province. More than one thousand
people lost their lives in this terrible disaster. Students lost their close friends, teachers, relatives and even their
own homes. They were in deep sadness. But fortunately, millions of people from home or abroad showed their
great love to the people in Zhouqu. As a student, I also showed my love to them. At the same time, I thought we
everyone should try our best to do something to save our motherland.
