    Learn to protect our eyes

    　　Everyone understands the importance of protecting our eyes, with which we can admire the beautiful world．But now more and more students are getting near-sighted．Therefore, how to protect the eyes has become a question we have to pay special attention to．Here is some useful advice on how to protect our eyesight．

    　　Firstly, we should not keep our eyes working for a long time．When we are reading, keep the book about a foot away from our eyes．After reading for an hour or two, we’d better have a rest by looking into the distance．Secondly, we should remember not to read in the dim light or in the sun．Don’t read in a moving bus or in bed．Do eye-exercise every day, which will help us to keep good eyesight．
