请认真阅读下面的短文,用英语回答短文后的问题,并将答案写在横线上。
Did your friend give you a nickname(绰号)? How do you feel about it? What does it mean to give someone a nickname?
A student put a note on his classmate's back when they had a break at school one day. It was a nickname on the note. He asked the other classmates not to tell the boy. They started to laugh at the boy,but wouldn't say why.
Soon,it was time for their afternoon Maths class. Their teacher wrote a difficult problem on the blackboard. Only the boy with the note on his back was able to solve it.
Ignoring(忽视) the laughter,he walked to the blackboard and solved the problem. The teacher asked the class to clap(鼓掌) for him and took the note off his back. She said to him,"It seems that you didn't know about the note on your back, but you didn't need to care about it."
Then the teacher looked at the other students and said,"Let me tell you two things. First: all of you will be put on notes by other people. All you have to do is to ignore these notes. You have to take every chance to learn, grow and improve."
"And it seems that none of you are friends with this boy,and none of you are kind enough to tell him about the note. If that's true, then you'd better hope that you have some good friends yourself and they will tell you if you meet the same thing." The students sat on the chairs and they realized they were wrong.
"I really hope you can learn to be kind and helpful to others," said the teacher in the end.
1. How did the teacher deal with the note on the boy's back?
2. What was the first thing the teacher told the students to do if they were put on notes?
3. What did the teacher hope the students would learn in the end?

2. All they have to do is to ignore these notes.
解析:根据第五段“First: ... All you have to do is to ignore these notes.”可知,老师告诉学生如果被贴纸条,要忽略它们。
