英语作为外来语言，学生在学习时肯定会碰到困难，学生之间也表现出差异性，我们首先要正视这种差异。因为有了这种差异，我们的课堂才丰富多彩；尽管学生之间有差异，但在学习时，都有一种“愿被老师肯定”的愿望。因此在英语课上我全力肯定学生的一切努力，保护激励学生的一切创造欲和尝试。我以不同的标准评价不同层次的学生，对学生的课堂活动都给予发自内心的赞赏，肯定他们的点滴进步，“You are so clever.”“That's a good boy.”“How lovely you are.”“That's great.”“Well done”等真诚地称赞他们。学生从我的举手投足中感受到了我对他们的爱意和鼓励性评价，体会到了自己的价值，树立了参与课堂活动的信心。因为我们的课堂需要全体学生的积极参与。

Then we are visiting one of the most beautiful park in Jinan----Daming Lake. There are a big lake, all kinds of beautiful flowers and plants. You can going boating and fishing.
