1. Just now, Ss visited lots of foreign countries. Now show some pictures of Beijing, China, such as Tian’anmen Square; the Monument to the People’s Heroes; the Great Wall; the Temple of Heaven; the Palace Museum; Laoshe Tea House; Wangfujing Street…
2. After teaching and learning, let Ss remind the names of these interesting places in Beijing.
Step Nine: Consolidation
1. Ex 1: to fill in the blanks with some places of interest.
2. Ex 2:According to the introduction, choose different transports.
Step Ten: Expansion
1. Discussion: let Ss discuss the places of interest in hometown Changzhou in groups.
Aim:Through this discussing activity, it makes Ss establish or foster confidence and go on patriotic education.

According to the plan, write a postcard.
