It’s getting more and more difficult for us to communicate with our parents. For example, as a teenager, my favorite is rock music. But his father always frowns at it, saying it’s disgusting. He’d recommend some of his favorite songs which I just find dull and boring. I want to major computer but my mother insists on me learning Chinese. What’s worse, we often quarrel with each other.

Why is it so? That’s because there exists a generation gap between us teenagers and our parents. Each generation has experienced a different period of time, having shaped different values of life. But in my personal opinion, our parents must realize that we are growing up in a new age. And we are free to choose how we live and behave as long as it doesn’t affect others’ life. They cannot have their children obey them in terms of everything, although they are considering for the sake of their children.

2010年书面表达题总体难度不变，在高考英语科考试中，书面表达仍是不少学生的薄弱环节，相当一部分学生下笔无言或一写就错。高考英语书面表达实际上是“指导性写作”(guided　writing)，该题对写作的目的、对象、体裁及字数都有明确的要求，提供给学生的材料为文字、图画或图表，不像语文作文那样要求考生自己立意和组织语言。考生必须准确把握考题各方面的信息，就能为语言表达提供正确思维方向。倘若信息抓不准，写出的东西就文不对题，劳而无功。信息表达是试题考查的目的所在，而内容要点是书面表达的基础和支柱。必要的信息若有遗漏，就无法达到正确交际的目的。

[教学启示]

在平时的英语教学中，不少中学英语教师都忙于讲授知识点和语法，而容易忽略深层次探究写作的教学。因此，在教学各类文体课文时应多进行相应题材和体裁的书面表达训练才能取得令人满意的效果。考生必须保证对所给情境有准确全面的理解，在头脑里有一个清醒的思路，避免不认真思考，动笔就写而造成的中途涂改，严重影响卷面整洁，从而影响考生的实际成绩。在卷面上规范整洁的书写能力。　书写马虎、潦草或涂改乱擦，就会影响卷面整洁，给阅卷者留下不好的印象，得分往往会低于所写材料应得的分数。评分原则规定“如书写较差，以至影响交际，将分数降低一个档次”，根据评分原则第1条规定，25/30分的总分按照五个档次给分，不难看出每个档次是5分。若要降低一个档次，就意味着降低5分。这足以说明规范的书写在书面表达中何等重要。
