After ranking the order, ask students to give the order of importance to them with their partners like this conversation on page 71. As students work, move around the room checking the progress of the pairs and offering help as needed.

Let students to see the picture on the screen and ask students who are they? (A teacher and a student.) And what are they doing? ( The teacher is interviewing the student.)
