首先要注意because不能与so连用；although/though不能与but 连用，但可以与yet连用；时间、条件状语从句的时态一致性，即主句为一般将来时，从句用一般现在时；as引导让步状语从句一定要把形容词、副词、句词(不带冠词)提前。

其次要注意各层次多角度地考虑问题，注意在真实的语境中判定从句与主句的逻辑关系，从而使用恰当的连词来完成交际活动。

最后要注意状语从句的句子结构是完整的，只是根据语意来选择连词。如果句子结构不完整可以从定语从句或名词性从句的角度去考虑问题。
