2. Practice in groups by using the new pictures and phrases given.
1. Show some pictures of famous persons with some phases and ask the students to make sentences similar to “He started golfing when he was 17 years old.”
5. Show the students a passage and ask them to say something about themselves.
I am a teacher. I am 14 years old. I started going to school when I was 6 years old. I started learning English when I was 12 years old. I like English very much. And I started cleaning my room when I was 8 years old.
Give the students 5 minutes to make up a new small passage according to the example.

4. Show the students more verbs on the screen and ask them to make more sentences with these words or other words they want.

1) The teacher ask and the students answer one by one.
2) Four students a group and practice with each other.
3) Pick up several groups to act in front of class.
4) Listening comprehension: Do 1b on page 59 and choose the right answers then check the answers. (The new structure will be consolidated by this practice.)
(The students are very interested in popular stars and also know them well. So they are ready to talk about this topic on them. This structure is more difficult than the first one so the students will not feel bored.)
